Addiction Research and Education Foundation (AREF) was created to complete and publish research surrounding the most effective treatment protocols for those suffering from addiction disorders. Using the most advanced evidence based science, AREF also facilitates the education of clinicians who are treating persons suffering from an addiction.

What We Do
OUR MISSION
To conduct and publish research related to addiction medicine in an effort to advance the science surrounding the treatment of individuals with an addiction disorder.
OUR VISION
To have a profound impact on how medical and behavioral health professionals treat individuals with an addiction disorder. To improve on the effectiveness of the treatment of these patients leading to dramatic improvements in their lives and a significant reduction of drug overdose deaths.
